Luca Richardson
My name is Luca Richardson and I'm an independent traveling photographer based in Boston, Massachusetts attending Northeastern University.
The first half of my photography career was focused on European streets while living in Rome, Italy. Over the course of four months abroad I made it an effort to capture the scenes I was lucky enough to see every single day. From Rome to Paris to Prague there was always something interesting going on.
Now that I am back in the United States and here to stay (for the time being) I continue to observe the world around me and capture scenes otherwise skipped over by the average person. When slowed to a stop, every face has a history of emotion, and every hand has a life lived.
Though focused on street photography for now, I plan to continue to hone my skills both in the lab and the studio to become a more proficient and professional artist. The cameras I use are the Olympus OM2-SP, Yashica A, and the Sony A6500.
